My name is PJ Dudek. I'm a husband, father of three, homeschool alum, and a lifelong Ohioan. By day I work as a Software Engineering Manager — I've been in tech as an engineer or in management since 2006.
Outside of tech, I love fantasy and sci-fi and am fascinated by all things "weird" — and that fascination is exactly what drove me to start writing.
I'm building a universe that blends sci-fi and fantasy through character-driven stories. The first novel, The Song of Immaru: Earth's Door, is complete and has been recognized with the Literary Titan Gold Book Award and the FAPA President's Silver Award. The second installment, Crimson Light, is on its way — planned for Summer 2026.
I strive to write for general audiences (16+), weaving classic themes of good vs. evil reminiscent of Tolkien, C.S. Lewis, and Ted Dekker into something entirely new.
